Mission Specialist Series – Francis Bennet

Over the past 18 months, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with ANU InSpace, a pioneering initiative that bridges ANU’s space research with the pressing challenges of our society. InSpace currently works with eighteen Mission Specialists across five colleges, collating and catalysing space research at ANU. We’ve been producing vignettes of each of the Mission Specialists and here is one featuring Francis Bennet – an Associate Professor at the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics and an expert in adaptive optics for astronomical instrumentation, space situational awareness, and laser communications.
